Tube Axial Fans

- Design: A propeller-type wheel inside a cylindrical casing (tube).
- Airflow: Moves air straight through the tube, parallel to the fan’s axis.
- Efficiency: Close blade-to-housing fit increases airflow efficiency and pressure.
- Applications: Used in ducted systems for warehouses, data centers, manufacturing, and general HVAC.
- Performance: Ideal for high-volume, low-to-medium pressure tasks like cooling equipment or ventilating spaces, handling smoke, fumes, and heat.
- Industrial Ventilation & Exhaust: Used to remove contaminants, heat, smoke, and fumes from factories, manufacturing plants, and industrial spaces.
- Paint Spray Booths: Specifically designed for exhausting hazardous fumes and overspray in painting, coating, and finishing operations.
- HVAC & Air Management: Used for air handling in commercial buildings, shopping malls, and to facilitate air makeup in large, enclosed spaces.
- Process Cooling & Drying: Ideal for drying products in industrial processes and cooling, such as for motors, engines, and machinery.
- Material Handling: Used in systems requiring the movement of air to assist in conveying or handling materials.
- Direct Drive: Motor connected directly to the shaft.
- Belt Drive: Uses belts and pulleys for power transmission.
- Vaneaxial: A variation with straightening vanes for more controlled airflow, often used in demanding exhaust.
- Bifurcated: A design where the motor is outside the airstream, used for corrosive or hot air.
Wall Mount Propeller Fans

- Design: The fan typically consists of a propeller or a disk-type wheel with 3 to 6 blades, which can be made of sheet metal, aluminum, or plastic. This assembly is mounted within a ring, panel, or cage and driven by a motor, which can be either direct drive or belt-driven.
- Airflow: The design moves air in an axial direction (parallel to the motor shaft) and is optimized for applications where there is little resistance or pressure drop (less than 1 inch of water). They are not suitable for systems requiring high pressure, like extensive ductwork.
- Installation: They are installed directly in a wall opening, which saves floor space and allows for effective air distribution by positioning the fan higher in the room. They can be configured for supply (bringing air in) or exhaust (removing air out).
- Industrial Facilities: Widely used in factories, warehouses, and manufacturing areas to reduce heat, smoke, and odors, and to provide general ventilation for worker comfort.
- Agricultural Settings: Ideal for use in greenhouses and barns for climate control and maintaining steady air exchange for plants and livestock.
- Commercial Buildings: Found in spaces such as parking garages, gymnasiums, and commercial kitchens to ensure consistent and dependable air circulation.
- Workshops and Garages: Used in workshops and basements for ventilation, particularly when dealing with fumes, dust, or debris.
